About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Follow up with leads, inquiries, and customer feedback.
Maintain customer records and update databases regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and issue resolution.
Assist in admissions, training inquiries, and internship-related communications.
Generate daily and weekly customer interaction reports.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely support and communication.

Required Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi, Marathi, and Basic English).
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.




Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skilled telephone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of CRM software will be an added advantage.

Eligibility
Any Graduate / Diploma Holder.
Freshers can apply.
Experience in Customer Service, Telecalling, Reception, Counseling, or Customer Support will be preferred.
