Receive raw materials, components, and packing materials as per GRN procedures.
Verify quantity and quality of materials against PO, invoice, and delivery challan.
Ensure proper storage, identification, and traceability of materials.
Issue materials to production based on approved material requisitions.
Follow FIFO / FEFO practices to minimize wastage.
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP (SAP / Tally / Oracle) and physical registers.
Monitor minimum stock levels and support production planning.
Coordinate with production, quality, and purchase teams for smooth operations.
Handle inward and outward movement of finished goods and dispatch documentation.
Conduct periodic stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Maintain housekeeping, safety, and 5S standards in the warehouse.
Support internal and external audits.
