Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and troubleshoot firewall configurations to resolve connectivity and security issues.
Identify and rectify any firewall-related vulnerabilities or misconfigurations.
Provide remote support to diagnose problems and implement solutions in real-time.




Collaborate with IT teams to ensure network security policies are adhered to and properly enforced.
Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference and training purposes.

Requirements:

Proven experience in firewall troubleshooting and network security.
Strong knowledge of firewall technologies and protocols.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Security+.
Experience with a variety of firewall brands and models. .
