Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Collection Executive for our Gurgaon location. The candidate will be responsible for collecting overdue loan installments, following up with customers, maintaining collection records, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues while maintaining professional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with customers for timely repayment of loan installments.
- Collect overdue EMIs and outstanding payments as per company policies.
- Visit customers in the field for payment follow-ups and recovery.
- Maintain regular contact with customers through phone calls and personal visits.
- Identify overdue accounts and take appropriate follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, customer visits, and payment commitments.
- Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.




- Coordinate with the branch team and reporting manager regarding collection activities.
- Handle customer queries related to pending payments and repayment schedules.
- Follow company policies and ethical collection practices.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in collections, loan recovery, or financial services preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and fieldwork skills may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and collection reporting.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field collection activities.
- Knowledge of the Gurgaon local market will be an advantage.
