Job Description

Codians is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic *HR Executive / HR Recruiter* to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in recruitment and human resource management.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

* Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.

* Manage job postings on various recruitment platforms.

* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

* Assist with onboarding, documentation, and other HR activities.

* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.





Requirements

* 0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment; freshers can also apply.

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

* Robust interpersonal and organizational skills.

* Willingness to work from the office in Noida.

* Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
