About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales and business development teams. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals looking to build a career in sales operations, CRM management, client coordination, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily sales operations and administrative activities.
- Manage leads, prospects, and sales opportunities in the CRM.
- Coordinate client meetings, calls, product demos, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales trackers, and pipeline updates.
- Follow up with prospects on proposals, quotations, and pending requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance trackers using Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution.




- Communicate professionally with clients and support a positive customer experience.

- Requirements

- 0–1 year of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Inside Sales, or Business Development. Freshers can apply.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced workplace.
