- Daily Transaction Entry: Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers with appropriate ledgers and tax classifications.
- Billing & Invoicing: Generate sales invoices, purchase orders, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Inventory Management: Track stock item movements, godown/warehouse updates, and maintain bill-of-material or stock records.
- Bank Reconciliation: Match company accounting ledgers with monthly bank statements to fix discrepancies.
- Tax Compliance: Assist with GST calculations, e-invoice generation, and basic TDS or tax record maintenance.
- Report Generation: Extract trial balances, ledger accounts, stock summaries, and profit-and-loss reports for accountants or chartered accountants (CAs).
- Data Backup: Perform and verify regular local or cloud backups of company financial data
Pay: ₹19,100.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
