About the Role

Research Connect is looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join us as Recruitment Support Associates on a remote basis. The role involves supporting recruitment activities, coordinating candidate information, assisting with initial screening, and participating in research-based recruitment initiatives.

As part of our initial recruitment process, applicants will be invited to participate in our “Future of AI Tools” survey, designed to understand professionals’ experiences with AI tools, emerging technologies, and industry trends. The survey will serve as an initial screening step before further application evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

- Support recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, profile collection, and preliminary screening.
- Review resumes and LinkedIn profiles to identify relevant candidate information.
- Assist with candidate communication, follow-ups, and recruitment coordination.
- Participate in research initiatives related to AI tools, technology adoption, and qualified experiences.
- Complete assigned surveys and provide genuine, experience-based responses.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.
- Assist with referral-based candidate outreach and application tracking.
- Follow company guidelines for data accuracy,



confidentiality, and professional communication.

Eligibility Criteria

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment, HR operations, or candidate coordination is an advantage.
- Comfortable using email, online forms, LinkedIn, and digital communication tools.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate information.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

Survey responses will be reviewed for successful completion and validation. Applicants who meet the screening requirements may be considered for the next stage of recruitment.

Survey Participation Incentives

- ₹300 Survey Completion Incentive: Payable upon successful completion and validation of the survey.
- ₹100 Referral Incentive: Available for each eligible referral whose survey is successfully completed and validated, subject to the applicable referral terms.

Applicants will be asked to provide a Google Pay (GPay)-linked mobile number for incentive processing after successful survey validation.
