Job Title: USG & Counter Executive

Shift Timings: Rotational shifts

- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Description

Jyoti Punj Hospital is looking for a responsible, well-organized and patient-friendly candidate for the position of USG & Counter Executive. The candidate should be comfortable working in rotational shifts and capable of managing billing, report preparation and patient coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and organize USG (Ultrasonography) reports as per the instructions of the concerned doctor.
- Handle billing for USG and other diagnostic tests accurately.
- Attend incoming phone calls and respond to patient enquiries.
- Counsel patients regarding tests, appointments, procedures and related charges.
- Coordinate with doctors, patients and other hospital staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate billing records and patient information.




- Ensure qualified and courteous communication with patients and attendants.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Graduate or undergraduate candidates with relevant experience may apply.
- Experience in hospital billing, USG reporting assistance, reception or patient counselling will be preferred.
- Good communication skills and a patient-friendly attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing software proficiency.
- Must be flexible and willing to work either of the specified shifts, as required by hospital management.
- Ability to handle patients and phone calls efficiently during busy hours.

Compensation

₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
