Job Summary APSK is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Procurement to manage the sourcing and purchasing of IT structured cabling, networking products, and related accessories. The candidate should have strong product knowledge, vendor management skills, and experience in cost negotiation and inventory planning. Key Responsibilities  Manage procurement of fiber optic cables, copper cables (Cat5e/Cat6/Cat7), patch cords, connectors, adapters, power cords, and networking accessories. Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable domestic and international vendors. Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms to ensure cost-effective purchasing. Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to meet order and delivery requirements. Monitor inventory levels, review sales reports, and plan stock replenishment. Obtain quotations, calculate landed costs, and ensure timely product availability. Maintain accurate purchase orders, vendor records, and procurement reports.



Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant field. 5–7 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in IT structured cabling and networking products. Robust knowledge of fiber optic cables, copper cables, networking accessories, and related products. Excellent vendor negotiation, communication, and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications. Strong analytical, organizational, and inventory management skills.
