Exotica Developers is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Mall Manager with a strong marketing background to join our team at Mall, Dhubri, Assam.

Experience: Relevant experience in mall management, retail operations, sales, or marketing preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the mall.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer footfall and sales.
* Coordinate with retail outlets, tenants, brands, and business partners.
* Plan promotional campaigns, events, and customer engagement activities.
* Build brand awareness and enhance the overall customer experience.
* Monitor business performance and identify new growth opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Graduate in Business Administration,
Marketing, or a related field preferred.
* Solid background in marketing, sales, and business development.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to lead a team and achieve business targets.
* Experience in mall management or retail marketing will be an added advantage.
