Job Description

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager cum Copywriter who understands social media trends, has a strong command of language, and can turn ideas into engaging content.

The ideal candidate should be capable of planning content, writing compelling copy, managing social media accounts, and working closely with designers, video editors, and the creative team to deliver effective digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute social media content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Write engaging captions, social media posts, ad copies, reel scripts, headlines, and campaign content.
- Develop creative content ideas based on trends, audience behaviour, and brand objectives.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to execute campaigns.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, community engagement, and basic page monitoring.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and relevant content opportunities.
- Maintain brand voice, consistency, and quality across all communication.




- Track social media performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
- Proofread all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and grammatical correctness.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media management, copywriting, or digital content creation.
- Strong writing and communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or Odia is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, reels, and digital content trends.
- Ability to write creative, engaging, and audience-focused copy.
- Strong research skills, creativity, attention to detail, and time management.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, analytics, and AI-powered content tools is a plus.
- A portfolio or samples of previous social media work and copywriting are preferred.
