Bhagyalaxmi Gas Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (BLGS) specialises in engineered hydrogen and industrial gas systems, including high-pressure storage cascades, filling systems, pressure reducing stations, manifolds and customised gas handling systems. Our Dahej facility handles fabrication, assembly, testing, hydrogen filling and cylinder hydrotesting.

Job Summary

We are hiring an Operations Manager to independently manage day-to-day factory operations. The role involves manpower management, daily work planning, production coordination, maintenance, safety, quality and dispatch.

We seek a hands-on professional who can lead a team, resolve operational issues and ensure work is completed safely, correctly and within committed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily and weekly work plans based on order priorities, delivery schedules and available resources.
- Allocate work and supervise workers, technicians, operators and contractors.
- Manage attendance, overtime, discipline, training and manpower productivity.
- Oversee fabrication, assembly, testing, hydrogen filling and cylinder hydrotesting activities.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, operating procedures and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, purchase and stores for timely availability of drawings, materials, tools and consumables.
- Plan preventive maintenance and coordinate equipment repairs,



servicing and calibration.
- Enforce safety procedures, proper material handling and good housekeeping.
- Ensure inspection, testing, traceability and operational records are maintained.
- Coordinate packing, loading and timely dispatch of completed materials.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks; control wastage, rework, downtime and avoidable expenditure.
- Report work progress, pending commitments and operational issues to the Director.

Qualifications and Experience

- Diploma or BE/BTech in Mechanical, Production or a related engineering discipline.
- Preferably 7–12 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years managing plant, workshop or production operations.
- Relevant background in engineering fabrication, equipment manufacturing, skid assembly, pressure equipment or industrial gas systems.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand fabrication, assembly and testing processes.
- Strong manpower management, planning and practical problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
- Experience with hydrogen filling, cylinder hydrotesting or PESO-regulated operations is an advantage.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should have experience taking direct responsibility for factory operations and be comfortable working closely with a small team. Solid ownership, consistent follow-up and a disciplined approach to safety, quality and delivery are essential.

Salary: Based on relevant experience and capability.

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
