About Guru

Guru Women's Health Institute is growing from a fertility hospital into a complete women's health institute for South Tamil Nadu, covering IVF, endoscopic, laparoscopic and robotic gynaecology, and gynaec oncology.

The role

You'll lead our patient enquiry and sales team, turning every enquiry into a booked consultation and guiding couples gently through their treatment decision. Fertility patients come to us anxious and hopeful, so we need someone who sells with empathy, not pressure.

What you'll do

- Lead, coach and motivate the patient counselling and sales team

- Ensure every lead is called within minutes and followed up until closed

- Personally handle high-value and hesitant IVF patients

- Track appointments, show rates and treatment conversions daily in the CRM (Zoho)

- Train the team on emotional,



patient-first conversations and objection handling

- Work with the marketing team on lead quality and feedback

- Report weekly to management on appointments, IVF cycles and surgical cases

What we're looking for

- 5+ years in healthcare sales, patient counselling or hospital front-office, with 2+ years leading a team

- Experience in IVF, fertility or women's health is a strong plus

- Warm, confident communication in Tamil and English

- Comfortable with targets, CRM tools and daily reporting

- Discreet and respectful with sensitive patient information
