Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate support.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.
- Use MS Excel for updating and managing data.
- Maintain customer information and documentation.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
