About us

The Blox Preschool is a system-driven preschool in Panipat with two branches, Model Town and Huda 13/17. Every process in our school runs on a documented system: admissions, parent communication, fees and safety. We are growing, and we need an energetic Sales Coordinator to manage every parent enquiry from first call to confirmed admission.

What you will do

- Call every new enquiry the same day it comes in: walk-ins, phone calls, Instagram, Google and references.

- Understand each parent's needs and book a school visit with our counsellor.

- Send visit reminders and follow up after the visit until the admission is confirmed.

- Call existing parents for renewals, meal, transport and evening-class enrolment.

- Update every call and follow-up in our Google Sheets system (the enquiry form and our FMS sheets) on time.

- Coordinate daily with the counsellors,



the front desk and the CRM team at both branches.

- Share a weekly report on enquiries, visits and admissions.

Who we are looking for

- Graduate in any stream.

- At least 1 year of experience in telecalling, admissions, customer service, hospitality or sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

- Confident, warm and clear on the phone in Hindi and English.

- Comfortable with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business and basic computer work.

- Organised, disciplined with follow-ups, and high on energy.

- Experience in a school, hotel or front-office role is a plus.
