We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Baristas to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, beverages, and customer service. Freshers with a willingness to learn and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages.
- Operate coffee machines and other beverage preparation equipment.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly, productive service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and workstations.
- Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of beverages.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Handle billing and payments, if required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
Required Skills
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn beverage-making techniques.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
- Good personal hygiene and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, if required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0–2 years in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in Delhi.
