About Amiroa

Amiroa is a social calling mobile application that allows users to connect with verified attendees through audio calls without revealing their identities. Individuals can also register as attendees, attend calls, and earn money based on their engagement on the platform.

We are looking for an experienced Platform Admin Manager to manage our admin portal, coordinate with attendees, and ensure smooth platform operations.

Candidates with a thorough understanding of social calling applications and similar platforms are encouraged to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor the platform's admin portal.
- Coordinate with attendees and explain the app's workflow, features, and functionalities.
- Regularly follow up with attendees to ensure they remain active and available on the platform.
- Handle support calls and respond to attendees' queries.
- Resolve attendee concerns and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain effective communication and positive relationships with platform users.
- Support the onboarding, training, and engagement of new attendees.




- Monitor attendee activity and help maintain consistent availability on the platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of mobile applications and admin portals.
- Ability to handle user support, follow-ups, and coordination professionally.
- Prior experience with social calling applications or similar platforms is highly preferred.
