About the Role

Goldfields, an authorised JCB dealership, is looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee branch operations in Ongole, Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, business management, and customer relationship skills, preferably with experience in the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry.

Candidates with experience working with JCB, Tata Hitachi, L&T; Komatsu, SANY, XCMG, Caterpillar, Kirloskar, or similar equipment manufacturers are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the overall operations and business performance of the branch.
- Drive sales growth, revenue generation, and profitability in line with company objectives.
- Manage sales, service, spare parts, and customer support operations.
- Lead, motivate, and manage branch teams to achieve business targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fleet owners, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor business performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to expand market presence and improve customer retention.
- Ensure effective coordination between sales, service, and spare parts teams.
- Prepare regular business reports and provide updates to senior management.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Prior experience in branch management, sales management, or business operations is preferred.
- Experience in the construction equipment, heavy machinery, automotive, or allied industries is highly desirable.
- Robust leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve business targets and manage branch profitability.
- Good understanding of market development and business operations.
