About Hotel RS Grand

Hotel RS Grand is a contemporary hotel located near BHU, Varanasi. We are looking for a responsible, organized, and customer-friendly candidate to manage hotel data, handle phone calls, coordinate with guests, and support our daily hotel operations.

Job Responsibilities

1. Data Management

- Maintain and update hotel booking records and guest databases.
- Manage reservation details from online travel portals such as MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda, and other platforms.
- Prepare daily booking reports, occupancy reports, and Excel sheets.
- Maintain guest contact details, payment records, and booking status.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper documentation.
- Handle emails, online enquiries, and other office-related records.

2. Telecalling & Guest Coordination

- Make and receive calls related to hotel bookings and enquiries.
- Follow up with potential guests and confirm reservations.
- Provide information about room rates, hotel facilities, availability, and special offers.
- Contact travel agents and corporate clients for business development.




- Handle customer enquiries professionally and politely.
- Follow up on pending bookings and maintain enquiry records.

Required Skills

- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Ability to handle phone calls professionally.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Experience in hotel reservations, data entry, or telecalling will be an advantage.

Eligibility

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
- Freshers can apply if they have good computer and communication skills.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Candidates should be punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.

Salary

Salary: Negotiable, based on skills and experience.
