We are looking for a motivated and responsible Placement Coordinator to manage student placements and build strong relationships with companies and recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate campus placement activities and recruitment drives.
- Connect with companies and HR teams for placement opportunities.
- Arrange interviews, aptitude tests, and pre-placement activities.
- Maintain student resumes, placement records, and company databases.
- Guide students regarding job opportunities and interview preparation.
- Coordinate with students, faculty members, and recruiters.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA in HR / Marketing or equivalent qualification is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Office.
- Freshers with positive communication skills may apply relevant experience is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
