Job Summary

NexRise Skills, Kangra, is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide students in selecting suitable courses and career paths. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, counselling prospective students, following up with leads, and converting inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student inquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Counsel students regarding available courses, course duration, fees, career opportunities, and training benefits.
- Explain courses such as Artificial Intelligence, Python, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Web Development, Digital Marketing, and other professional programs.
- Generate and follow up on leads to achieve admission targets.
- Convert prospective students into confirmed admissions through effective communication and counselling.
- Maintain student inquiry records, follow-up reports, and admission databases.
- Coordinate with the training team regarding batches, schedules, and student requirements.
- Assist with promotional activities, seminars, workshops, and student outreach programs.
- Maintain professional relationships with students and parents.




- Achieve monthly admission and enrolment targets.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills may apply; prior counselling or sales experience will be an advantage.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and WhatsApp.
- Ability to convince, counsel, and build relationships with prospective students.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented approach.
