About the Role

At MnB by Meena Bazaar, we believe the customer’s shopping experience should be pleasant from the moment they enter our store until the final bill is generated.

We are looking for a customer-oriented, accurate and professionally groomed Cashier who combines excellent cash-handling skills with a warm smile, courteous communication and a solid sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate accurate bills and process transactions efficiently using POS billing software.

* Handle cash, credit/debit cards, UPI and other digital payment methods.

* Ensure accuracy in pricing, discounts, product quantities and payment reconciliation.

* Greet customers warmly and maintain a pleasant, professional attitude at the billing counter.

* Explain billing details, promotional offers and loyalty programme benefits to customers.

* Handle billing queries, payment issues, returns and exchanges courteously, following store policies.

* Maintain daily cash records and ensure proper opening and closing reconciliation.

* Coordinate with sales staff and store management for smooth billing operations.

* Maintain billing counter hygiene, organisation and professional presentation.

Qualifications & Experience

* Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

* 2–5 years of experience in retail billing, cashiering or cash handling, preferably in apparel, fashion or organised retail.

* Hands-on knowledge of POS billing software, computers, barcode scanners and digital payment systems.

* Basic numerical ability and proficiency in cash reconciliation.





* Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English proficiency preferred.
