Job Description – Admission Counsellor

Location: Mahendragarh/Kotputli

Department: Admissions

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility, and admission procedures.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, walk-ins, and online leads.

- Explain course benefits, fee structures, academic facilities, and career opportunities.

- Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert inquiries into admissions.

- Achieve monthly admission targets and maintain conversion records.

- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and referral sources.

- Maintain accurate lead data, follow-up records, and daily admission reports.

- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.

- Robust counselling, negotiation, and lead-conversion abilities.





- Customer-focused approach with a target-oriented mindset.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/CRM tools.

- Graduate in any discipline; prior experience in education counselling, sales, or admissions is preferred.

Interview Preparation – Key Points

- Demonstrate clear communication and confidence.

- Understand the institution's courses, facilities, and admission process.

- Showcase convincing skills through practical counselling examples.

- Be prepared for role-play questions involving student inquiries, fee objections, and follow-ups.

- Explain how you would generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve admission targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
