About the Role

The Skin Art Clinic is looking for a confident, polite and organised candidate to manage patient calling, follow-ups, appointment coordination and basic computer-related work.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of Excel and computer operations, and a willingness to assist with routine clinic administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with leads received through advertisements.
- Handle incoming patient calls and coordinate appointments.
- Share basic information about clinic services and treatments as guided by the clinic.
- Maintain daily calling records, lead details and appointment updates.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain records using Excel and Tally.
- Assist with patient registration, forms, consent documentation and record management.




- Support the reception team and Clinic Coordinator with routine administrative tasks.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure accurate documentation.

Candidate Requirements

- Valuable communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
- Polite, confident and professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel.
- Willingness to learn Tally and clinic-specific processes.
- Organised, responsible and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
- Freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, reception or healthcare will be an advantage.
