We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to welcome patients, manage appointments, handle enquiries, and ensure smooth front-office operations at our hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- To handle patients in the front desk and carry out registration process.
- Handle appointment and coordinate patient care.
- Handle feedback / Complaints/ Suggestions from patients
- Follow up of patients
Qualification: Any Degree.
