Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily body shop operations, including denting, painting, and accident repairs.
- Allocate repair jobs to technicians and monitor work progress.
- Inspect damaged vehicles and coordinate repair estimates.
- Ensure quality standards in body repairs, paint finishing, and vehicle restoration.
- Monitor technician productivity and ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, insurance companies, and surveyors for accident claims.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and workshop materials.
- Monitor spare parts, paint materials, and inventory requirements.
- Conduct quality inspections before vehicle delivery.
- Ensure compliance with workshop safety standards and housekeeping procedures.
- Handle repair-related issues and support customer satisfaction.
- Maintain job records,



productivity reports, and repair documentation.

Qualifications and Skills

- ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Experience in automobile body shop operations, denting, and painting.
- Knowledge of accident repair procedures and insurance claim processes.
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
- Positive problem-solving and quality inspection abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and report preparation skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
