We are looking for a Liaisoning Manager to own the net-metering and commissioning process

across the city. The role manages Permit Executives, plans and drives the commissioning

pipeline, and owns liaisoning cost and TAT. The Liaisoning Manager coordinates with

customers, DISCOM, and Central Ops to keep approvals moving, brings plants live on time, and

reports progress through Daily Progress Reports (DPRs).

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the team of Permit Executives and liaisoning support staff across the city

- Plan and drive the end-to-end commissioning process—from application to net-meter

installation, inspection, approval, and synchronisation

- Own and account for liaisoning costs (meter charges, fees, and related expenses) and

manage them within budget

- Ensure net-metering and commissioning activities are completed within defined TATs





- Build and manage relationships with DISCOM officials at subdivision and section-office

levels

- Coordinate with customers to keep them informed and to obtain required documents and

approvals

- Track every application through each milestone and proactively transparent bottlenecks and

backlogs

- Coordinate with Central Ops and installation teams to align field readiness with inspection

and commissioning dates

- Prepare and share Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and liaisoning KPIs with leadership

- Coach, develop, and manage performance of Permit Executives

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
