Operations Head – Corporate Events

Role Overview:
Robust Events LLP is looking for a seasoned Operations Head with 10+ years of experience in corporate event management, production, and execution to lead end-to-end event operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end planning, production, logistics, and execution of corporate events.
- Manage vendors, fabrication, AV, stage setups, branding, and technical production.
- Oversee project budgets, cost control, vendor negotiations, and resource allocation.
- Lead operations teams and coordinate with clients, creative teams, and project managers.
- Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, safety, and seamless in office execution.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and resolve operational challenges efficiently.

Requirements:





- Minimum 10+ years of experience in corporate events and event production.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong expertise in vendor management, budgeting, logistics, and production.
- Excellent client coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality events within deadlines.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
