Position: Customer Relationship Executive

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Industry Preference: Corporate / Hospital / Healthcare

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, patients, corporate clients, and business partners.

- Handle customer queries, follow-ups, feedback, and service-related concerns.

- Generate business through soft sales, cross-selling, and relationship-based selling.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.

- Follow up with existing and corporate clients for repeat business and referrals.

- Maintain customer records, reports, and daily activity updates.

- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable services.

- Achieve assigned sales and relationship-management targets.

Candidate Profile





- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Soft Sales, or Business Development.

- Experience in corporate hospital / healthcare is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.

- Valuable follow-up and negotiation skills.

- Comfortable working with targets.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with experience in corporate hospitals, healthcare services, patient relations, corporate sales, or relationship management will be preferred.
