About the Company

Enetstudioz is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Florist who has a passion for flowers, floral design, and premium presentation. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating attractive floral arrangements, bouquets, and customised floral designs for gifts, special occasions, and corporate gifting.

Key Responsibilities

- Create beautiful floral arrangements, bouquets, flower baskets, and customised floral designs.
- Design floral arrangements for premium gifting, hampers, corporate events, and special occasions.
- Select suitable flowers, colours, greenery, and decorative materials to create visually appealing arrangements.
- Combine flowers with gift hampers, packaging, ribbons, and other decorative elements.
- Ensure flowers are fresh, properly handled, and maintained to meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for flower procurement and material availability.
- Manage flower inventory and minimise wastage.
- Prepare customised floral arrangements according to customer requirements and design briefs.
- Ensure timely completion of orders while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
- Keep the floral design and work area clean, organised, and hygienic.
- Stay updated on floral design trends, seasonal flowers, and creative presentation techniques.





Required Skills

- Creativity and a strong sense of colour combinations and aesthetics.
- Knowledge of different flowers, floral arrangements, and flower-care techniques.
- Skills in bouquet making, floral styling, wrapping, and decorative presentation.
- Ability to create premium and customised floral designs.
- Attention to detail and good time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team.

Educational Qualifications

A diploma or certification in Floristry, Floral Design, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with relevant practical experience and a robust portfolio of floral arrangements may also apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in floristry, floral design, flower boutiques, event decoration, or premium gifting are preferred.
- Experience in luxury floral arrangements, customised bouquets, and corporate gifting will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be creative, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Location Preference

Candidates from Delhi NCR are preferred. Applicants should be comfortable commuting to our office in Ghitorni, New Delhi.
