- Core Focus: End-to-end management of Home Furnishing products

Key Responsibilities (Order to Dispatch)The ideal candidate will look after the entire production cycle from receiving the initial order requirement to the final dispatch:

- End-to-End Order Management: Handle the complete merchandising process starting from sampling, fabric sourcing, production tracking, QA inspection, till the final dispatch.
- Product Expertise: Strong focus on Home Furnishing items (Bed Linen, Cushion Covers, Curtains, Table Linens, etc.).
- Fabric Knowledge: Deep understanding of different fabric qualities, counts, constructions, and their suitability for Hand Block Printing.
- Sampling & Costing: Coordinate with the design/sampling team to develop samples as per client tech-packs and calculate accurate product costing.
- Production Coordination: Follow up daily with printing units, stitching units, and washers to ensure production timelines are strictly met.
- Quality & TNA Maintenance: Ensure the final product matches quality standards. Maintain Time & Action (TNA)



calendars to avoid any shipment delays.
- Logistics & Dispatch Liaison: Coordinate with the logistics/shipping team for smooth final packaging, documentation, and timely dispatch of goods.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2–4 years of proven merchandising experience, specifically in a Home Furnishing setup.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of fabric types, hand block printing processes, and stitching defects.
- Communication: Positive verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams and vendors.
- Problem Solver: Ability to handle production bottlenecks and ensure smooth workflow independently.
