Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Production Management

- Ensure achievement of daily, monthly, and annual production targets.
- Monitor loom efficiency, machine utilization, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Minimize downtime and improve productivity through effective planning and execution.
- Coordinate with Warping, Sizing, Maintenance, and Quality departments for uninterrupted production.

Quality Assurance

- Ensure fabric quality as per customer specifications and quality standards.
- Analyze and reduce fabric defects, loom stoppages, and rework.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions for quality improvement.

Manpower Management

- Lead, supervise, and develop shift supervisors, technicians, and operators.
- Ensure adequate manpower deployment across shifts.
- Conduct training programs to enhance operator skills and productivity.

Maintenance & Process Improvement





- Collaborate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve loom performance and reduce wastage.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and operational excellence projects.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Promote a safe working setting and maintain housekeeping standards (5S).

MIS & Reporting

- Monitor production KPIs and prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Analyze production losses and recommend corrective actions.
