Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Forging Production to manage shop-floor operations, ensure production targets, maintain quality standards, and optimize productivity across forging, shot blasting, heat treatment, and material cutting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily production activities across forging, shot blasting, heat treatment, and cutting operations.
- Achieve production targets while ensuring quality, productivity, and timely delivery.
- Monitor process parameters, machine performance, tooling, and manpower utilization.
- Minimize rejection, rework, material wastage, and machine downtime.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and PPC teams for smooth production operations.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, 5S, and housekeeping practices.




- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Maintain production records and monitor performance against targets.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in forging, shot blasting, heat treatment, and cutting operations.
- Knowledge of production planning, process control, and quality standards.
- Robust leadership, problem-solving, and manpower management skills.
- Experience in hand tools or engineering manufacturing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹780,000.00 per year
