Job Description

Oaks Overseas is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. Candidates should have good communication skills and an interest in connecting with students who are exploring overseas education opportunities.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries.
- Explain overseas education services and available study opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and share relevant information.
- Schedule counselling appointments for interested students.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the education counselling team.
- Build positive relationships with prospective students through professional communication.

Requirements





- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and speaking with prospective students.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and robust follow-up skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally and work towards targets.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

Preferred Candidate Location

Candidates currently based in Vijayawada or Hyderabad are preferred.

Salary

Negotiable based on experience and suitability.

Joining

Immediate joiners preferred.
