Key Responsibilities:

- Handle enquiries from prospective parents through telephone calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Counsel parents regarding the school's educational philosophy, curriculum, academic programmes, facilities, activities, and admission procedures.
- Conduct campus tours and provide prospective families with a professional and welcoming experience.
- Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, applications, admissions, and parent interactions.
- Manage admission-related documentation and ensure timely completion of admission formalities.
- Coordinate with the Principal, academic coordinators, front office, and marketing team to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Support admission campaigns, open houses, parent orientation sessions, school events, and promotional activities.
- Assist in lead generation through community outreach, telephone follow-ups, referrals, and local networking.
- Prepare regular admission reports and update enquiry and conversion data for the school leadership.
- Ensure courteous, timely, and professional communication with parents throughout the admission journey.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and parent information.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university.
- Prior experience in school admissions, educational counselling, customer relations, or sales will be preferred.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Strong interpersonal, counselling, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, email, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries, maintain records, and work towards admission targets.
- A professional, presentable, proactive, and parent-friendly approach.
