Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Salary: ₹20,000/month for Freshers | ₹30,000/month for Experienced Candidates

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact with customers professionally.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Explain company products or services clearly to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
- Follow up with interested customers to generate leads and conversions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers: Candidates with good communication skills are welcome.
- Experienced:



Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation is preferred.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Salary & Advantages

- Freshers: ₹20,000 per month.
- Experienced Candidates: ₹30,000 per month.
