We are looking for a smart, confident, quick-thinking, and persuasive Telecalling Executive who knows how to hold a conversation, handle objections professionally, and keep clients engaged.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, responsive, and capable of turning conversations into meaningful business opportunities. If you have excellent communication skills, a convincing personality, and experience in the travel industry, we would love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to travel agents, clients, and potential business partners.
- Follow up promptly on pending queries, quotations, and business opportunities.
- Handle client objections, questions, and concerns with confidence and professionalism.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to improve response rates and conversion opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the operations and sales teams.
- Provide timely updates and ensure no significant follow-up is missed.
- Maintain accurate call records,



follow-up remarks, and daily activity reports.
- Build positive client relationships through professional communication and a solution-oriented approach.

What We Are Looking For

- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and professional speaking style.
- Smart, proactive, and quick in responding to client queries.
- Strong objection-handling, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Previous experience in the travel industry is required.
- Ability to manage follow-ups consistently and handle client conversations independently.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand client requirements.
