About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our loan sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining suitable loan products, and generating qualified leads for loan processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate loan leads.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, interest rates, and application procedures.
- Handle customer queries related to Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Car Loans, and Education Loans.
- Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into applications.
- Collect preliminary customer information and coordinate documentation.
- Maintain daily calling records, lead status, and sales reports.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the loan processing team and banking/NBFC partners for application updates.
- Maintain skilled communication and excellent customer relationships.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
