Capstone Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Checker specializing in both Mechanical and Electrical disciplines to join our team!

- Experience: 5–8 Years
- Disciplines: Mechanical & Electrical
- Required Skills: MEP/BIM Model Checking, Quality Control, Clash Detection & Coordination
- Software Skills: Revit MEP, Navisworks & AutoCAD
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

✅ Review and quality-check MEP/BIM models for mechanical and electrical systems.
✅ Verify 3D models and drawings against approved design drawings, project specifications, and BIM standards.
✅ Check HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and electrical models for accuracy and completeness.
✅ Identify clashes,



modeling errors, and coordination issues using Navisworks and Revit.
✅ Ensure model consistency, correct dimensions, equipment placement, and service clearances.
✅ Review shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and model outputs before submission.
✅ Coordinate with BIM modelers, design engineers, and other disciplines to resolve quality issues.
✅ Ensure compliance with project requirements, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and quality standards.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
