Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Cashier cum Accounts Executive to manage daily cash transactions, billing, payment collection, and basic accounting activities at our automobile dealership. The ideal candidate should have good numerical skills, accuracy in financial transactions, and knowledge of accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily cash receipts, payments, and customer transactions.
- Prepare and maintain cash books, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
- Manage customer billing, invoice generation, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain daily cash balances and perform cash reconciliation.
- Record financial transactions in accounting software or ERP systems.
- Handle bank deposits, cheque entries, and online payment records.
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ledger maintenance.
- Coordinate with the sales, service, and accounts departments for transaction-related matters.
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.




- Prepare daily cash reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
- Ensure accuracy in financial records and compliance with company procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in cashiering or accounts.
- Experience in the automobile dealership industry will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Valuable numerical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Honest, responsible, and capable of handling cash securely.
