We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Civil Despatch Executive to manage the dispatch of construction materials, coordinate with customers and site engineers, and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.

Key Responsibilities

1. Receive and verify customer orders, sales orders (SO), and delivery requirements.

2. Coordinate with the RMC plant, FAB/solid block production team, transport department, QC team, and site engineers.

3. Prepare and maintain dispatch records, delivery challans, invoices, weighment slips, and other relevant documents.

4. Plan and schedule the dispatch of RMC, M-sand, P-sand, blue metal, fly ash bricks, and solid blocks.

5. Confirm material availability, vehicle availability, driver details, and site readiness before dispatch.

6. Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery to customer sites.

7. Communicate with customers and site engineers regarding delivery schedules, delays, and quantity changes.

8. Verify dispatched quantities against customer orders and ensure accurate documentation.

9. Update dispatch details in the company software and maintain daily dispatch reports.

10. Coordinate with the accounts team for delivery documentation and billing-related requirements.

11. Report dispatch delays, vehicle breakdowns, material shortages,



and customer complaints to the concerned manager.

12. Follow company SOPs and safety procedures at all times.

### Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.

- Relevant experience in dispatch, construction materials, RMC, or building materials is an advantage.

- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Excel.

- Experience using ERP or dispatch management software is preferred.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to maintain accurate records and work under time constraints.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
