Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller / Telecom Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our telecom products and services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build customer relationships over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business clients.

- Explain telecom products, services, plans, and pricing clearly.

- Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.

- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain customer information and call records.

- Handle customer queries professionally.

- Follow up with prospects through phone calls and WhatsApp.





- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.

- Maintain qualified communication with customers.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.

- Ability to communicate in Tamil and basic English.

- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.

- Willingness to learn about telecom products and services.

- Ability to work towards sales targets.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or telecom sales is an advantage.

- Experience in B2B sales or lead generation is an added benefit.
