Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Sunday, 1 Rotational Weekoff)

Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹11,000 fixed per month + Attractive Spot Commissions & Site-Visit Bonuses!

We are a premier real estate development firm in Visakhapatnam. We are looking for highly energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Female/Male Tele-callers to join our growing team. Your primary role will be to contact pre-verified property leads, introduce our upcoming premium VMRDA/RERA approved projects, and invite interested buyers for weekend site visits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to prospective buyers from the provided data sheets.
- Clearly explain project features, specifications, pricing, and infrastructure benefits to clients.
- Identify high-intent "warm leads" and smoothly handle common customer questions.
- The Main Target: Book confirmed client site visits for Saturdays and Sundays.




- Participate in the daily 15-minute morning stand-up meeting and submit a daily calling summary report before log-out.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Education: Any qualification with good communication skills.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in Tele-calling, BPO, Inside Sales, or Customer Support. (Freshers with high energy and a willingness to learn are welcome!).
- Languages Known: Fluent Telugu is mandatory. Basic understanding of English or Hindi is an added advantage.
- Skills: Excellent phone etiquette, clear speaking voice, persuasion skills, and a positive attitude toward hitting targets.
