Career Opportunities1. Pricing & Cost Accounting strategist

Role summary:

Responsible for analysing product costs, competitor pricing, marketplace commissions, and other commercial factors to develop and maintain accurate pricing. The role involves preparing pricing sheets, feasibility checklists, commission sheets, and pricing structures for new products and product combinations, along with updating prices across e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

● Prepare and maintain product feasibility checklists.

● Create, update, and maintain pricing sheets for existing and new products.

● Support pricing discussions and collect relevant cost and market information.

● Prepare and update commission sheets.

● Set and update product prices across e-commerce platforms.

● Conduct competitor price analysis and monitor market pricing.

● Prepare pricing sheets for new products and product combinations/bundles.

● Analyse product costs, marketplace charges, commissions, and other pricing-related factors.





● Maintain accurate pricing records and documentation.

● Support other pricing and commercial activities as required.

6-Month Training & Evaluation Program

Selected candidates will undergo a 6-month structured training period.

During this period, candidates will work on practical assignments and gain exposure to real-world business operations under the guidance of the respective teams.

The training period is designed to help students transition from academic learning to practical industry experience.

Training Program, Stipend & Post-Training CTC

The training program provides candidates with practical industry exposure in their respective functional areas, along with opportunities to work with multiple teams and gain hands-on experience in real-world projects.





● Training Period: Selected trainees will undergo a 6-month structured training program and will receive a monthly stipend of ₹15,000 throughout the training period.

● During the training period, candidates will be evaluated based on their technical skills, learning ability, initiative, responsibility, problem-solving skills, decision-making, task management, and overall contribution.

● Post-Training CTC: Upon successful completion of the 6-month training period, candidates may be offered a CTC ranging from ₹3–5 LPA, based on their overall performance, demonstrated skills, initiative, responsibility, and contribution during the training period.
