Teacher Assistant – Job Description A Teacher Assistant is responsible for supporting teachers in classroom activities, helping students with their learning, preparing educational materials, and maintaining a positive learning environment. Main Responsibilities: - Assist teachers with daily classroom activities. - Help students understand lessons and complete assignments. - Prepare worksheets, teaching materials, and classroom resources. - Maintain student attendance and basic academic records. - Help manage classroom discipline and organization. - Support students during individual and group activities. - Assist with examinations and classroom assessments. - Coordinate with teachers regarding students' progress. - Help organize school events and educational activities. - Maintain a clean, safe,



and organized classroom environment. Required Skills: - Good communication skills. - Patience and a positive attitude. - Basic computer knowledge. - Organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work with children. - Teamwork and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of teaching methods. Qualification: Usually 12th Pass or Graduation, depending on the school and job requirements. Experience: Freshers can apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
