The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating attractive product displays, maintaining store presentation standards, and enhancing the customer shopping experience. The role involves implementing brand guidelines, optimizing product placement, and supporting sales through effective visual merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute attractive window displays, in-store displays, and product presentations.
- Ensure proper product placement, color coordination, styling, and visual appeal.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines according to brand standards.
- Maintain mannequins, fixtures, signage, promotional displays, and focal points.
- Coordinate seasonal launches, promotional campaigns, and new collection displays.
- Monitor stock availability and ensure key products are displayed effectively.
- Conduct regular store walks and maintain visual merchandising standards.




- Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to improve product visibility and sales.
- Analyze customer trends and sales performance to optimize product presentation.
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate or diploma in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Experience in retail or visual merchandising is preferred.
- Strong sense of color coordination, styling, and space utilization.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of current fashion trends.
- Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours during store launches, promotions, and seasonal changes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
