Rastogi House specializes in ethnic wear, including sarees, unstitched suits, lehengas, kaftans, and cord sets. We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate sales.
- Provide product information, pricing details, and updates on current collections.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Maintain customer databases and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Focus on customer satisfaction, retention,
and repeat business.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, telecalling, CRM, or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi; basic English communication skills preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Strong follow-up skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Experience in fashion, ethnic wear, or retail will be an added advantage.
