We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer with 38 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely completion of construction projects as per approved schedules and project milestones.
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed project schedules, baseline programs, and construction timelines using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Monitor and track project progress against planned schedules and identify delays or deviations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management review.
- Develop look-ahead schedules, milestone charts, S-curves, and project progress dashboards.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers,



contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders for effective project execution.
- Track progress of civil, structural, architectural, MEP, finishing, and external development works.
- Analyze critical path activities and identify potential bottlenecks affecting project timelines.
- Prepare recovery plans and recommend corrective actions to minimize project delays.
- Monitor manpower, material, and equipment requirements in coordination with site teams.
- Conduct schedule variance analysis and provide timely updates on project status.
- Participate in project review meetings and follow up on pending activities and action points.
- Maintain project planning documentation, progress records, and revised schedules.
