Position: Customer AdvisorLocation: Athens, Greece Work model: HybridEmployment type: Full-timeDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Handle transactions and payment-related inquiries, including refunds, manual charges, and payment trackingOnboard new B2B customers and support them throughout the initial setup processMaintain and update merchant information accurately within internal databases.REQUIREMENTS:Native/fluent in Dutch both verbal and written (C2 level).
